Either the Bible is accurate or it is not,correct? This is not a black and white issue............. The Bible for myself is Gods word and we should not question it. If we get wrapped up in our own conceits we surely will be lost. The answers are there if one chooses to humble himself. The Bible was not for us to use as a tool to Judge others only a vessel to guide us to the truth. Please do not try to rip the Bible as others have done. I do not use it to Judge others. I hope your agenda is sincere to respect and not to tear down. I do not mind if you wish not to believe in the validity of the Bible or my beliefs, just say in simple terms you do not. But don't tear down something that is good because of people like Emile. Alan

Christine, Thanks, but they are only questions on my part. I am not trying to prove or disprove anything. As far finding the truth in major religions, I think they all contain some elements of truth, it is the various individuals who practice the religions that convey truth/untruth to varying degrees. It all depends on who you talk to. If we had a round robin conversation on spirituality/religion with the people on this thread, it is a fairly good bet that it would end up with arguing and maybe much worse. If we had the same conversation, with Mother thearesa, ghandi, martin Luther King, and a few others, I am sure that beauty and wisdom would be a sight to be seen. mark
