tim, i've learned to value the positive in people and let them work on the negative. he's doing what he knows how and if he's stuck up, so be it ;-) he still adds much value to many people. btw, i think utek will go to single digits before it goes much higher. the chip industry is absolute toast and the pc market is reaching maturity - meaning no more crazy growth periods like in 1991 to 1995. in addition, the cost benefit of new boxes is going down at a HUGE rate.
