Personal note for Gypsy -- all others keep out: Well, Jim, my proposal would be to consider a merger or maybe a complete takeover in the future. Careful, Gyp! In this outfit, the owners do the cleaning. The idea is for us to milk this cash cow, not take responsibility for it. To one as astute as yourself, I'm sure you realize that payroll comes off the top, and owners only get the leftovers. Once this puppy gets rolling, and we're ready to take it public, THAT's when we can make our move -- Shake and Bake! Until then, handholding rather than merger, cooperation rather than takeover.
