That's his decision, and I can't force him to do anything.

I'm a latecomer to this thread. Can someone explain why, according to weekly stock data I have, the stock dropped to 25 cents a share on Feb. 20, 1998, went to 7 9/16 on May 8, and last traded at 3 1/16 on Friday? Is this some sort of market manipulation?
