I have been in this stock for months now you got a team mate so bring it on. Bring on the Dan Fisher story of innocence. I am teamed up with no one ... You know nothing of truth or character. I seem to remember you telling a compnay you represented mutual funds on amother stock. I laughed and told the CEO you represent no mutual funds. So bring on the twisitng of fate. And if you have had this information then you should not have been buying or selling this security in any account that you have access to.... Well my trading logs are there for the agenies and those I trust. This forum is for people to bring positive and negative information to allow an HONEST investor to make an intelligent decision for themselves about whether to buy or sell a security..... Little bit late for that don;t you think stop transfers and legal actions are underway. No one is going to buy this security and no one is hyping we are waiting for the stop transfers ... Read the news release Bender or can you not read and comprehend. If you don't then you are relying on verbal information from Mark? I have to he is the one that put on the stop transfers Either shutup and quit spreading unsubstantiated rumors or show us why you have so much faith in your side PLEASE.... Make me just justify why we should believe you and not Fisher....Where a person goes to, does not mean they are lying or guilty..........waiting for your justification and it better not be something lame LAME??? LOL you are the master of lame posts. I donot care who you believe or donlt you have already sold off and if the stop transfers hit you are going to look like what you already are. It isn't Gary and Mark vs. everybody else, rather it is Everybody else vs fisher & affiliates and you. I'm interested in what is best for Midland and it's shareholders. At this point the best thing for Midland shareholders, are #1 to make sure the stop transfer orders are enforced, #2: recovery of shares and/or money, #3: bring SEC filings up to date, #4: with a clean MIDL shell, do another aquisition. It might not be the best thing for fisher, but I don't give a damn (due to the facts below). It might not be the best thing for arconenergy either, but if they don't have DF-144, than I don't want arcon either. Fact: fisher violated SEC Rule-144 by selling restricted insider shares into the market. Fact: fisher illegally converted restricted preferred B into trading MIDLP Fact: fisher left the country, and is in the Bahamas. Fact: It's 1 week, before fisher issues a rebuttal press release [in which he does not deny that he sold shares. he doesn't admit that he sold shares, but this would have been the perfect opportunity to say 'i did not violate Rule-144'] Kurt
