I know it's hard to deal with the facts.... That is why you simply make STATEMENTS - just like the rest of the people who want to create doubt to drive the price of the stock down - just can't seem to find any information to back up YOUR statements, can you? Too bad.

THOSE WHO READ BARBARA PAYNE'S POSTS and are not quite familiar with Chromatic Color Sciences. There is a grossly misleading statement that is repeated again and again in her and some others' posts. <<Hmm, such as the fact that CCSI has had FDA approval for almost a year, yet has not registered one sale?>> The fact is that Chromatic Color is NEITHER a manufacturing NOR a distribution company! It is not supposed and never intended in public to sell the devices employing the technology it has developed. Instead Chromatic Colors is a scientific research and technology development company that has nothing but Intellectual Property (meaning research results and technology) which the company tries to "sell" through making manufacturing and distribution agreements with other companies. According to one of the Company's press releases it is in last stages of negotiating such a deal that will be announced right after it has been finalized. The following is an excerpt from the paragraph that appears in each and every of the company's press release that states real nature of its business (italics and bold font are mine): "Chromatics Color Sciences is in the business of color science and has developed technologies and intellectual properties which it believes have medical applications involving the detection and monitoring of certain chromogenic diseases or disorders such as bilirubin infant jaundice" So, Chromatics Colors Sciences is not expected and will not register a sale of the device, but an official distributor will. Don't fell victim of such misleading statements! Viktor.
