Your broker can do it much easilier than you can. The only logic in us doing the conversion is the short squeeze.

If you don't have time to request your certs, or time to mail, it will be much easier to let your broker to do it for you. I just like to make it painful on the brokers. I pay good commission for what they do for me. Like to limit their using my money or shares for their good.
