To ALL I received The AGM papers and proxy today. The papers do not contain any reference to an alternative board of directors. If there is any serious intent to replace current directors then all dissident shareholders should hold on to their proxy form until someone comes forward to seek votes against current management. As things stand any vote to withhold voting for current directors is equivalent to voting for current slate. Time is running out. cheers
