B,

Thank you for posting this again. I don't know how many times this has been pointed out, however, Messrs. Berry and Monahan appear to have selective vision and keep repeating the same thing over and over. Neither one are apparently stockholders, so one must question their motivations. Instead of a conference call, may I suggest they call Mr. Gordon or TSIG directly to determine the validity of their "accusations" and then post the response they receive. With all the work going on at TSIG right now I doubt if they'll get through to the CEO, but they certainly can try. Their comments are not DD... they are pure and simply bashing. The CYA comments in the filing that they so frequently repeat are par for the course with any new issue, turn-around, or start-up. If it wasn't there they'd probably say the Company was hyping. Any decent attorney would demand the Company put that statement in to keep the SEC happy.

It's interesting that Mr. Monahan has stated in previous posts that TSIG is his favorite internet stock, and Mr. Berry is going to buy when the stock is cheaper. Seems to be a bit of a dichotomy there... wouldn't you say?

Best always,

Marty

Beebs, I am not sure what you are looking at that leads you to conclude that Mr Gordon has not sold 6,480,000 shares. The ink on the S-8 definitively states otherwise. Have you actually read the S-8?
