That just pays the rent and affords more ineffective marketing ploys.

Someday it will go. I assert that it won't start rising until the market is in a general bear trend. It will be noteworthy for its relative strength.

How is inflation down there? Prices constantly rising or is there any acceleration? How about business conditions? Do you hear grumbling among the white collar?
