Arcon is not DF-144 ... Arcon is Acron not DF-144 ... John is the DF-144 negotiations. Arcon according to John he signed when he saw Arcon had gross misrepresentations that were provided at the time of acquistion which lead to the rescinding of the acquistion, Arcon has no assets but 1600 according to John. So why would Midland want back an acquistion that was rescinded for gross misrepresentation. Simple as that: Now Midland is in negotiations with John for what he has, Plus they are in 4 other negotiations for a new acquistion/s with assets and revenues. I do not know what the future holds at all .. I have posted what I know ... So I do not see where the doom is myself. So is DF-144 in the equation ... simply no at this time. They have got to clean up the compnay before naything can happen. GB
