Mr. Garnes, Jr., don't start up with me. I've never written a harsh word against you on this thread, and won't start now, unless you attempt another gratuitous personal attack. I use my real name and real information on SI because I don't post anything I'd be embarrassed to read in the Chicago Tribune (Unlike the Tribune itself.) I'm not worried about July 9, just want to clarify whether it's Colby or someone else who is confused about July 9 being the earnings announcement date. I took my lumps (and a tax loss) on VVUS last December, when the stock was double what it is now. The basis of my present modest position is $6 1/16/share, so I'm in the black for now and expect to stay there.
