There are additives that will comply with tailings to make them safe in working gold mines; in the past they allowed Cement to be mixed in and left on site. I saw such treatment at BR North at IPM at the old 20 year old Kennecott Copper Pit test site. Now there are even a ( i think I heard a month ago from a hard rock miner currently working by our RF ) that chlorine- based additive that can even be added to Cyanide ponds to remder it harmless ( I am sure in degrees). No swimming or fishing for that matter. I saw the pond- it is in the open next to the mill with all the workers exposed to the air and even me as I drove next to it. There is a solution ( to polution ). NEWTECH will build its own solutions. That is the way of it. Less fears, but I won't say no fear. Complex issues ask complex questions, the more TRUTHFULL UPFRONT and OPENNESS will yield big dividends. For example, while I was at the Hassey Ore Pile- what would I see if I went in the building that would of been so terrible just that one short month befor this PRODUCTION news, there is nothing to fear but fear itself.Maybe if Chuca was allowed to bring a threader with questions and the ability to write about it ..just maybe..the DAMN DAYS of STONEWALLING THAT I SAW AT another namesless desert dirt- WILL END THAT FRAME OF MIND FOREVER! You want open-ness see my DD activities:
