VeriSign May Sign-off

I just got my copy of the Investor's Digest yesterday. Apparently Michael Murphy of the Overpriced Stock Service believes that digital certificates will become like free email, a way to attract people to a portal service like America Online.

He claims that the first certificate interoperability pilot test will be launched in June involving four financial institutions and six certificate vendors. This will blow Wall Street's perceived Verisign monopoly sky high.

He recommends shorting VeriSign over $32 with a target of $25.

I have no interest in VRSN. I only provided this info as a public service.
