Mr. Milliron,

Thank you for your interest in Great White Marine & Recreation, Inc. First off, let me apologize for taking so long to get back to you. We
are in the process of switching Internet servers and have encountered
a few technical problems. Everything should be completely worked out
in another day or two.

Also, thank you for your suggestions. Pictures are being taken of
the facilities and will be posted on the Internet probably within the
next week or two.

And, yes, there have been a number of problems with market makers
from day one. Unfortunately, the SEC and NASD spend their limited
regulatory resources on cracking down on the companies trying to do
business rather than the people who make the markets (market makers
and stockbrokers). This is why the markets are often controlled with
logic thrown out the door. Paragon and others, including many making
a market in Great White, have their own motives. Some we strongly
suspect of holding a substantial short position, which is why they
cannot afford to let the stock go higher.

I hope this helps. Again, thank you for your suggestion. If you
have any additional suggestions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

J. Scott Sitra
