Emile, Emile, Emile; you think that I am stiffnecked? My brother in Christ it is you that have stumbled over the stumbling block because you mix Kingdom prophesy with the dispensation of the Grace of God and then have to spiritualize scripture to make every thing fit!

Heirs According To The Promise:

I will admit that we have became heirs "according to the promise," because the promise was to Abraham and his seed and we, being in Christ, are indeed Abrahams seed. The promises to Israel (Romans 9:4)
they did not become heir, but we the members of the mystery of the Grace of God (unprophesied) have become heirs with Christ. But you must remember this: This does not nullify the promises made to the nation, Abraham's seed.

This does not nullify the promises made to the nation, Abraham's seed!

Those who stumble at these phrases will certainly have difficulty with the many phrases in Paul's Epistles, where we read that we are "sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise" and made partakers of His promise in Christ, by the Gospel."

Eph 1:13, 3:6, Gal. 3:14,22,29) But these passages are no "stumbling block" when you take proper note of the relation between PROPHESY and the MYSTERY!.

Emile is having fun yet---calling a believer stiff-necked.
Santiago is a former converted drunkard.
Kindness would be nice to such a one that has been transformed by the grace of God.
But in any event, Emile is having fun yet.

Old Man Barney

I'm right, you're wrong
Is Emile's song
If Santiago disagrees
Call in the referees
For he is now stiff-necked
And been somehow wrecked
Oh the folly of having to be right
It brings on a verbosity fight
Why not accept one another
And behave like a brother
