Scott, I'm curious about this formation also. The only place that I have read about this chart formation in publicized format is the IBD book. I'm quite 'clueless' about this chart formation also. I have created a thread to discuss chart formations here Message 5045812 If you'd like to discuss the cup and handle formation or other chart patterns feel free to join me; and perhaps some others will join in also. (oh I just read Dave's post on the cup and handle formation) ... I had read those three parts when it was first posted and thought they were very well written) ... examples are often helpful with 'remembering how charts look with this pattern') perhaps we could come up with a few.
