Marketing wise, PR wise. Things aren't that great. The radical thing to happen will be:

1. The announcement of pending acquisition.
2. The announcement the acquisition is off (My hope)
3. Beating expectations by a large margin and earnings of .1 or better. (Anything less and the stock price continues to flounder, JMHO)

I think that it is too early to make a final judgement on Sippl's departure. Certainly he has a good amount of vested INPR options that are in the money (even at 6.x). Watch insider trading reports to see what he does with his shares. We could learn a lot.

Regarding Del. I think that his effort at BORL should not be fully judged until the end of fiscal 98. He has made some tough strategic decisions which we may or may not agree with. But it will take a little more time to see who is right.
