Warren well first off I could careless about what that lying man has to say. I will not post his private information on a public forum either.

Also How you can read that and come up with anything other than some one within the company made a convertible debenture and settled it plus sold some sold from one officer to another is bad.

Also the 10K is a historical assessment to the company and will be in every single 10K filed under the company for as long as the company is trading under MIDL... Read it again they did not go to an outside source for funds they did it in house and settled it inhouse and sold shares in house. NOT against the shareholders.

Now If you can see a criminal act here I wonder why the SEC who reads the filings does not. I do not see the wrong doing other than and internal business which was reported to the SEC.

I wonder how you cna assocaite that with any wrong doing what so ever. Or why the SEC did not pounce on them ... Could it be you are reading into it what you want instead of what it says. It clearly defines the internal business of a convertible debenture but maybe you would like to read it going to someone who could have shorted against it.

I dunno but you interpretation is inaccurate.

Or and the SEC found nothing wrong with the officers loaning the corporation money either. Gosh I have done in all my businesses.
