The company must now produce:

1. SEC filing, w/o major losses, including favorable stock structure.
(We have no official verification of float, it's all BS until the 10k, need to look for other gotchas too)
2. Additional, significant revenue (3 affiliates w/b good)

The company has great potential. Up to management now.
