Hi Mr. Forthright,
The gentleman who told me this is affiliated with a newsletter. That is why I want to get confirmation. I want my information to come from the source. I'm not used to getting second hand info and hence my cautiousness. As I said, when I get confirmation from those who are actually buying it, WT directly, or the firm that is handling the transaction, I must be a bit skeptical about the figures (3-4mm shares).

No one told me that. I know from experience that these people have intimate knowledge about the new well from having been on-site and conducted the DST or electric logs.

They know from their data what the well is going to do and what effect that may have on the stock. Call it inside info if you like. Whether you like it or not, inside information (good or bad) is what drives any stock.
