Well, there's no question that there is plenty of value here in FSESX.
What troubles me is the supply and demand equation, notably too much of the former and not enough of the latter. Over the last couple of years, I've tried to take the long view and stay invested with generally good results.

Is now the time to overweight FSESX a bit? Does anyone believe this is a timely entry point, and when will oil return to its "normal" trading range of $18-$20/bbl? In spite of the TA, I'm really not sure. So I guess I'll stand pat and watch a while.

Robert:

FSESX moved up 1.95% today. And the chart pattern is improving.
Hope the oil prices move back to $18 soon.

Most of the responses to your note seemed to be from a long term
view as regards FSESX. They may be correct on that basis, however,
I believe that FSESX did break out Thursday on a short term basis, and
should get another 2 or 3 percent early next week. I base this on
RSI indicators, I start with a 3 month price chart and try to use
technical indicators. I don't own the fund at present, but anyone
who bought in last Wednesday, or Thursday should get a quick short term gain. I got out of FSAIX and into FSVLX @ 54.85 Thursday morning.
