First of all, I don't discuss target prices on public fora. I prefer to avoid such speculation, and tend to ignore it, regardless. Suffice it to say that I expect to make a handsome profit well above and beyond that which I have already made on this stock.

There isn't a stop date, a drop dead date, or any other kind of date where all contracts stop. Remediation efforts will continue well after 1/1/2000, especially for small and medium-sized manufacturers (particularly in Europe and Asia). IF they are still in business.
