Have you considered that it is a lot more difficult now for CCSI to negotiate a successful deal? I did consider it. However several months had passed between the FDA approval and the bear raid. 90% of the shorts have taken their position because their belief in the lack of commercial value of CCSI's product has been reinforced by the absence of the deal. Any further delay in announcement of the deal will lead to further implosion of CCSI's stock price The deal can wait in my opinion until CCSI can again operate from a position of strenght. You mean you are willing to wait for 1. several months/years 2. another 50-75% decline in stock price. If you consider the current dip as a buying opportunity, start raising money for a bigger buying opportunity. Regards. Rajiv
