Dan, you just eloquently explained how everyone should be taxing etail order but B&N more so than AMZN...You can't really have it both ways....

Maybe B&N isn't really hiding the tax, just not interpreting the rules as unfavorably as you...It could happen, even appears that it has....

I am going to question your point on this...now...But I am quite certain that in the long run, states will eventually have to become aggressive collectors of the internet if the sales become as large as some would have us believe....
