This coming February or March, isn't it? >> you got me... i didn't know about the three-year clause! how exactly is it phrased? after three years they can enter the LD market regardless of whether there's local competition? or, even if they could prove the local market is competitive, they'd still be enjoined from going into LD for three years? thanks also for all the technical and historical info you share on the telecom threads. definitely educational! mark
