NOT MY JOB BOSS, I'm just a customer. And all this time, I thought those were sugar cubes in the bowl. Now you tell me they're poison? Pay the electric bill and crank up the ac.

Ossie, I'm not sure those poison pills are good for the customers all the time. Seems like it's job protection or a way for insiders or large shareholders to keep control while precluding a share increase for the ordinary shareholder....Just a thought.

Everyone tells me those reverse splits are the kiss of death for coffee shops. I'm an optimist. We have a nice little business here and might make some money someday. The reverse will help us stay on NASDAQ and keep those institutions buying. 'Course if you're wanting to wind up shop and can't off load those last few million shares for ten cents each, by all means, change the name to something glitzy, reverse 1 for 20 and sell out the rest to suckers that think something is happening or newbies that think this is the hot spot in town.
