Bill, we agree to keep the facts straight. "Quarter after Quarter after Quarter is clearly an overstatement." They only failed to meet analysts expectations last quarter.

Fraud is a strong word. I am not sure why institutional ownership would double if it was a compete fraud. Clearly, expectations may be too high and they may have problems in Post Y2K, but I thought you agreed to stick to the facts. It is too early to tell whether Tava can meet expectations over the next 4 quarters. I had hoped that you had more integrity, but it seems to me that you are just a short who wants to slant everything to his position. May the best investor win.

PS- I think being short over the next few days will be quite dangerous. You should stick to AOL, Yhoo, TCOMA, and Athm. They have done you so well so far. Your ability to understand the market is clear for everyone to see.
