Gambler,,,you and I need to get some sleep man, lol.

Anyway, I agree it is a point of order to find out, if possible, the
motivations for Mr. Gordon selling such a sizable portion of his shares. While on one hand I can think of a dozen reasons why he might do so (after all, he did hit a high point on the stock, and if he just used the $$$ to put up towards the 5mill Line-Of-Credit, then most of the stock would be immediately recovered via the loan translation to stock @.15/share.)

While this is conjecture, it's the best explanation I could come up with (ie,,,why not sell enough shares to come close to the 5mill LOC, then cash in on the loan at a lower price?). This makes easy money for Mr. Gordon, who stands to restore his previous position of stock, while having reinvested 5mill$$$ of TSIG money at little risk.

Shrewd investor!! He gets his original shares back @.15/share by issuing TSIG a loan, has made money from selling shares at .70, and he gets a capitol writeoff on the 5mill if he wants it!! I don't like it as an investor, but I don't blame him for doing it either. It's his money/shares. JMO.
