<<<< If the mall doesn't turn around, and tilton isn't satisfied with only taking home $160,000 a year from it, he can walk away from the deal with no ramifications what so ever for three (3) years. That is the law of the land in China.

( net revenue to TNRG 5 million x 80% = 4 million)
(48 million x 8% = 3, 840,000 <-----debt service)
(4 million less 3,840,000 = 160,000 net profit) <<<<<<<<

Very interesting. Has this information been posted before? If so, I apologize for raising the question as I have not seen this information before.

The $160,000 sounds like a reasonable number. I assume there are other expenses associated with managing a property so far away. Again it comes down to improving the revenue picture. It could be a very good situation if the assumption on this proves out.

Thank you for the information.

Great 'tutorial', isoman! I saved the post as a text file, because it taught me something new.

I "invested" (not speculated) in TNRG for the same reasons!!!

I consider this a long-term investment. Will only sell a portion of my holdings if and when it has a sharp (IMHO, unjustified) runup on speculation. Frankly...I'd rather see it move up, say, a penny at a time, consolidate each time, move up another penny, consolidate, move up two pennies, pull back a penny, move up 3 cents and down a penny and consolidate, etc. That looks =so= much better on a chart!!! Can it happen with a BB penny stock? Probably not quite like that...but it's still nice to think about it.

I called the toll-free number and asked for a "due diligence" package. They were very courteous and said they would get one to me right away. That is another good sign!

Like you...I have a good "gut feeling" on the longer-term outcome of this one. I'm patient!!!
