TGSK is not being fully honest with Shareholders? One of the reasons I've stuck with TGSK is because I've trusted Colin Smith. Scott Sitra has done an excellent job convincing me that this company is working with the best interests of the stockholders in mind. We've been told the float is 2.2 mil now I find out it is 3.3 mil. (see below). Whats going on Mr. Smith. Since the teleconference in May, I have requested that Mr. Smith confirm the # of shares issued and the # in the float in the next teleconference. Nothing has been said. I am selling my shares to sit on the sidelines with SAadvisory until we get some solid information. If this company wants to be fully reporting they should fully reporting the truth to shareholders. I hope there are no other surprises in the wings. EMAIL RESPONSE FOR SITRA First off, let me apologize for taking so long to get back to you. We are in the process of switching Internet servers and have encountered a few technical problems. Everything should be worked out in another day or two. Nevertheless, I understand your concerns about Great White Marine & Recreation, Inc. I had a long conversation with Colin Smith late Friday regarding the current situation and, admittedly, was surprised myself with what he told me. Great White currently has 8,363,000 shares issued and outstanding with approximately 3.3 million in the float (about 5 million are restricted under Rule 144). Great White did in fact conduct a private placement about a month or two ago. We have also been monitoring a situation where there appears to be concentrated short selling coming out of Canada. It is impossible to determine the effect this is having on the stock, or how much extra stock has been added to the float as a result of short sales. In regards to Mr. Velmer at S.A. Advisory, he has traded Great White's stock for a profit and done his readers a service. Mr. Velmer is free to do or say what he wants with his readers. As long as volatility and volume are moving Great White's stock, market makers are playing their games, and day traders continue flipping positions, Mr. Velmer will most likely continue to make similar public statements regarding Great White. But, in reality, Mr. Velmer is a very small force in the great scope of the market and in Great White's daily trading. He may be able to cause a little buying or selling, but in the end he just adds to liquidity. I hope this helps answer your questions. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, J. Scott Sitra Great White Investor Relations jscott@sitra.com (512) 453-3817 (512) 453-7553 fax P. O.
