Hi, Duncan! Did you have any delicious salsa over the Fourth of July weekend? Fireworks right in your mouth? I don't really shop at Gumps. I think it is stupid to throw money away on useless baubles. I have gotten to be an avid bargain hunter lately, so that I can live a reasonable lifestyle without working or doing anything that might disturb my leisure time. The poor should definitely be able to buy Barbie. You know me, Duncan--I believe in lots of goodies for everyone. My point was that she appeared in a last ditch discount arena, where I have never seen her before. At the same time, I have noticed her outfits getting even more cheap and garish looking. Usually that is a sign of trouble for a brand, something that is worthwhile exploring at the Mattel thread.
