After using Checkfree for bill payment for a number of years, I convinced my mom (75 years old, not a natural computer person) to sign up. Helping her I accidentally signed up through Intuit for her Quicken and directly through Checkfree over the net. She started getting two monthly 9.95 charges, one from National Payment Service (Intuit) and one from Checkfree.
I called customer service at Checkfree.
1. Very nice, very polite, very helpful and very good!
2. The Checkfree rep does not have the Intuit client information on her screen. She asks to put me on hold, goes across the room and talks to the Intuit side of the house and comes back and helps me! When I found this out I asked her if Genesis was going to solve this and she said yes.
Conclusion: It might be hard for them to know exactly how many customers they have until they consolidate everything into one system. I know I eliminated one of the 150,000 accounts last week, hope this doesn't hold the stock back!

PS My mom is getting the hang of it, and may soon admit that she is saving time and enjoying it!
