Gary- Question about this part of the news release: Midland is still awaiting the new CUSIP number for 3:2 split previously announced and will today notify the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., of the dividend date, and upon satisfaction of the requirements of the NASD will announce to the public the record date. Dose this indicate that the date of record may be something other than 5/29/98? Rob D
