Looks like we've got someone that can put a couple of things
together. This was a big cloud hanging over IOM.

Keep in mind that they're gaining a new supplier for
different media material. BASF

I think Fuji can now get a kick in the pants for helping
Sony with their Hifd project.

Ben: If I had my druthers as to which group of suits I would want settled, it would be these. The potential for damage from future competition in the Zip compatible/knock off product field has at the very least, been least been pushed ahead much further. This will push IOM's price higher. And a fundamentally higher stock price will of course improve chances of settlement on the other litigation simply because damages are very hard to prove if the price of the stock is at or near the price when KE bailed. IOM is now a better speculative turn around play.
