Jeff I do not care what they say about me and the company got duped too. Mark Pierce is working on it and the liquidating Trust is for the beneficaries now some want to take pot shots at me, the board of MIDL then fine but it is what Dan has done which is much worse that anyone can imagine. People need to focus to the facts... that is what we spent so much verifying ad so forth. Now once something goes wrong everyone is to blame. I am sorry but Dusty made her stance and unfocused from the facts and entered into the realm of speculation and accusation. Just be glad Mark is an honest man,. John had the sense to resign (yes he got duped too) and Wayne Duke was still on the board or Dan would have gotten away with it. People's character and actions are what they are ... defending anyone for why they change is not to me a good scenario. What if I had decided to sell off and leave. Would you be so forgiving of my right and actions to do that? People make decisions in life and those decisions are what people judge you by. Anyone believing Dan Fisher to me needs to get out of this arena. When the truth is known it will all come out. Think about what Bender and Dusty were trying to do, simple imply me as a bad guy, Dan as a good guy, etc etc etc. What is their motive seeking the truth afterwards and listen to Dan who is the problem and liar from the start. I have a serious problem with Bender from the past and I have stated very clearly as to why and he is consistent to stay the least. Dusty I have lost all respect for because she turned on the shareholders after cheerleading this stock and wants to advocate Dan's side ... simple as that. She is too easily manipulated which is scary. Now as far as the company goes ... I have to trust someone and I have Mark Pierce and Wayne Duke... they moved on what I found out not sat on the butts and defneded Dan but they know they could not take my word for it so they had to investigate my information. If you do not want to trust the company thatis up to you but they are working on this and negotiating for another acquistion. This deal with Dan took everyone by surprise even John to my knowledge. SO before we condemn the whole nine yards I think we should focus on Dan and is affiliates which are those who helped him. They are the ones who nailed this stock. GB
