All: This is very good news. Have you noticed that all their activities, acquisitions, etc., have all been within their realm of expertise? They don't get into businesses that aren't directly related to what they are trying to accomplish. I like that. Question, what are the conditions of this INTENT? Will this happen with money or stock or both? This isn't a done deal folks, only an INTENT to purchase, lets keep that in mind. MOST IMPORTANT...
