Thank you. BTW, I agree with your assessment of the Y2K logjam, but I think you're about to see the scales tipped by the litigation factor. Yes, CIOs don't want to say they can't do the job in-house, but CEOs are beginning to hear the pitter-patter of lawyers feet, and the fear that creates will outweigh the corporate inertia we've all been living with.
