I think that too large and emphasis is being put on the Nasdaq listing for DGIV.As an example there is a Company called Vidatron whch I have toInterset in Financially or otherwise. It has tripled its book value from .55 to $1.46.It is a viable Company which unfortunately had a 2.2 million dollar write-off which it chose to took all at once instead of spread out. Per share earnings had gone from a loss of .29 to a gain of.32 a share.Perhaps some are Familar with the "Dead Man's Gun" series it produces for Cable among other things.

The point is they have applied for Nasdaq which has yet to materialize and another Company Amcor Capital which is now Nasdaq went through a slow process.Vidatron has acquired a number of privately held "non-reporting businesses and was doing business in several different nations and two different currencies"Does the latter sound familar?

This has apparently delayed the application which is still in process and revenues have gone from $1.43 in 1995 to $3.77 in 1997.The fact that it is a BB stock and has not received Nasdaq listing does not make it a poor stock or a scam etc.Dont put everything on Nasdaq listing which in turn will make DGIV a One-Concept stock such as AXC which I mentioned earlier.Judge it on everything and for everything said about DGIV you can find other stocks that will give an example both for and against.
