Please note that the contact number at the bottom of the PR is the company itself, not ICC or some other IR firm.

I went to see the SkyNet facility on 44th Street in Miami and spoke to a number of the employees who were outside on a coffee break. Business is booming particularly with Brazil, Peru and Venezuela. They are hiring more employees and just contracted for more space for their Operations Department. One accounting clerk stated he was overjoyed with the sale to USXP because he said it took all the pressures off the finance department. Apparently SkyNet has to give long payment terms to its Fortune 1000 clientele and must pay employees, transportation costs and fixed overhead before collecting from the customer. The accounting clerk claimed SkyNet is very profitable and that margins will now increase as bank charges and interest are reduced and volume and prompt payment discounts can be taken. Recent expansions of SkyNet subsidiaries in Washington, D. C. and Venezuela had caused some additional cash flow drain, but all subsidiaries are now profitable and will be generating positive cash flow for the parent company. There was some talk about additional growth potential for their subsidiary in Washington, DC called SkyNet Worldwide Couriers, Inc. but I could not get any additional information because everyone had to go back to work.

I was told there are about 100 employees on the Miami payroll but no one was sure how many more were in Washington, DC or Venezuela. This is obviously a substantial company that has been around under one name or another since 1972.

Positive earnings per share seem to be the order of the day for USXP.

Go PKGP today, Go USXP tomorrow.
