Steve....I was trying to read between the lines when Dick was saying less shares for more value. This is either a reverse or Arif retiring some shares. Of course, we're all praying for the latter. Whether Arif is accommodating has yet to be seen. I know the company needs to separate itself from the past, but, the past has left a bad taste in our mouths. They never were accountable and, imho, this issue still daunts many investors. Why should we trust them now ? If only they will come clean and explain the REAL situation. Now there's something to build on.

"Basically comes down to the following: "Do you want to own a lot of stock in a company that is not worth much?" or "Less stock that is worth a lot more?" If presented and packaged the right way you'd take the latter, right?"
