Some other thoughts,

IOM's bankers, who some were worried about, had to have been in on this deal.... and given it their approval. So much for the negative effect of the 'possible violation' of the credit agreements.

Now.... will IOM buy SYQT, for a song, in a total coup?

Has anyone paused to consider that Iomega is shelling out more than $20 Million to buy a stake in Nomai? This is undoubtedly "the one time charge" that was pre-announced along with the losses a couple of weeks ago. This charge could also push Iomega's losses to over (-0.20›)/share this Quarter alone.
