What difference does it make?Voter iniatives such as Immigration and Affirmative action that are approved by the Voters are held up in the Courts and the Voters are disfranchised.If one Appeals court doesnt do anything the Losing side just makes the rounds until they find a Judge who is sympathetic.I was born and raised in California but left. I believe California voters just about rubber stamp any Judge with the Exception being Byrd. Even they couldnt stomach her Anti Capital Execution stance and when they are disfranchised at the Polls and this isnt the First time they just lay back and take it. Charles
