Damn Hugh and I thought I had your vote... :-( I'll promise a chicken in everyone's pot....(remember that one?) Yes an update is needed, but not an generic, well worded, 50th edition draft update but the facts. Stuff that would shock us all. If all was true fundamentally, then they wouldn't be concerned about the technically stuff. If the SEC is bold enough to have been watching MINE, don't ya think all of Medinah's volume and price activity has the watchful eye of the SEC. My bet is that they are watching.
