Well they fooled Dow Jones News Service too. I bet Datavox did it on purpose to get exposure for their new product. June 29, 1998 Davox Unit Unveils Personal Computer Call Recorder Dow Jones Newswires HOUSTON -- Davox Corp.'s (DAVX) DoubleTalk Software unit unveiled Call Recorder, a software package that allows users of Windows-based personal computers to record phone conversation or voice messages. In a press release Monday, DoubleTalk said Call Recorder sells for a suggested retail price of $150. DoubleTalk supplies computer telephony software.
