Jeff, Sorry, but I must disagree. Sounds like you've drawnup a great conspiracy theory. The only problem is that the public shareholders could and would file a major shareholders suit against Mr. Gordon, et al if anything like this occurred including getting an injunction on all involved. I don't believe what you have put forth is Mr. Gordon's agenda. He has too much to gain by TSIG succeeding and too much to lose the other way. I've carefully read your post and the S-8, and I don't agree with you. That's my opinion. Best always, Marty
