Gary, I corrected and apologized for my error. There have been 3 threads for MIDL. I was in error and corrected it. This is part of Gary's reply to TMB. I am posting it for the convenience of shareholders who may wish to review. Like I tell everyone beware the naysayers. DF-144 is being tested by a major refining company and several others are in discussions for testing. Look regardless of what dirt you come up with DF-144 has been tested over 200 times 1 million dollars has been spent on it. SO again the focus is not previous possible black eyes. Every company has it skeletons no one or company does everything that the FTC will not on occassion question corporate activities. THAT IS WHAT THEY DO.>>> It is my understanding that Mr. Ted Benn did or may still represent a client connected to a business deal of Midland or Arcon.
