First of all, common sense indicates that, for those who subscribe to that thread, so to speak, and have spent any genuine effort researching the issue and the sectors that it impacts. Other than that, I have had discussions with major IT corporate officials on both the marketing side and the remediation side (i.e., those who are responsible for ensuring that their OWN companies stay afloat), both here and in Europe, and their action plans do not expire on 1/1/2000, nor do their contracts.
