What really happened is that the CEO of PKGP made an unkind remark to CEO of Skynet about his necktie and they are not speaking to each other ------Not!!! But, pls don't let on.
Do some of you people get ghoulish pleasure in picking apart a stock you may or may not own. So you feel the company is lying? Then sell the damned thing. All you are doing is sewing discontent You take something good and turn it to manure. Beats me what drives you . Or are you on salary, paid hourly or per posting

Because SKYNET is a private company I would guess. Private companies don't announce news and it costs money to do it. They will probalby do so when the deal is finalized.
