Guesses on 2nd and 3rd quarter losses.

To make it simple I believe losses will be around 4 cents per share for both quarters and there was probably some type of bridge financing obtained given our burn rates of about $250 K/month.

Now on to the good stuff, the 4th quarter should be a burner if TPI gets the $2.2 M in revenue that Paul has stated (most if not all will be achieved in 4th quarter, per Paul). These revenue levels would result in income of about 5-8 cents per share. Lets take the low end of 5 gives us 20 cent EPS on a leading basis for 1999, so we are trading at 6 times!!! OUCH!!!

I think it will get interesting once Paul can tell Janis he is comfortable with $2.2 M for 4th quarter and they can start putting this affirmation out. We should start to see an equalization between our multiple and those of other Y2K stocks. That is if we believe in an efficient market.

Just my opinion
